Pros - Cat no longer looks trapped
Cons - Have to buy more litter
I originally bought a basic small litter box but noticed my cat had outgrown it and didn't have much room at all. My local pet store carried this litter box and once we saw it, we instantly knew that our cat would love it. Now our little Mayme has so much room that he actually designated separate sides to pee and poop.
Pros - Good for big cats, sturdy
Cons - size
This is my third litter box and love it so far. First one was good but cats stopped using it after we got this big one, the second one my big boy messed it up and thus I couldn't help but get this one. Yes it's very big and it holds lots of litter. But my fur babies love this! They like how spacious it is and they can do their business and know they're safe from any lurking siblings. I now have three ragdoll cats and we clean this constantly since they use it so much! They have space to cover their urine and poop plus they like to hop right out. I like the little storage on the side for accessories. But make sure to clean it often since litter and scoop gets put in there. Overall this is the best!
Pros - The best. Large for 3 cats
Cons - NONE
I absolutely love it. I have 3 cats and the potty needs to be cleaned 2x a day but only one potty GREAT
I love this letterbox! I have a 13 lb cat that is a vigorous digger; and it works very well for us! I really like the bins at the end for storage of baggies and litter scoop, and dustpan and hand broom for clean up.
Pros - Huge, Place for scooper and other cleaning essentials, high sides,
Cons - Huge.
I just recently purchased this litter box to help keep the litter inside of the box, and it seems to be doing pretty well so far. I didn't expect it to be as big as it really is. My 15 lb cat can easily lay in it if he wanted to, when he squats to go potty the sides are nice and high to stop the urine from getting over, and plenty of room for him to dig a hole to re-cover after he is done going the rest of the way. This litter box has also helped to stop the spread of unwanted litter on the outside, while there is still some, there is far less than with my old dome litter box.
The only thing I disliked was that it was so big, but honestly this isn't a bad thing, this helps keep litter where it needs to be. It just made it a little bit more difficult to figure out where I wanted this bad boy.
Pros - spacious, big, sturdy, durable, two side pockets, deep, tracks less litter
Cons - none
I LOVE this litter pan. I have every kind of litter box, but this one takes the cake. It's HUGE and spacious and my cats love to use it. I can tell they love it because there's a lot more pee/poop in this box than the four other boxes in my house. It was pretty cheap for the size too, which was nice. It has two side compartments, where I keep the scoop and the litter bags. The walls are high enough to put a deep amount of litter inside, which prevents from the urine sticking to the bottom. It's easy to clean and the plastic is very hard and durable. When the cats dig, the bottom doesn't get scratched like the other boxes. You don't have to use liners (though I don't in any other box) because the plastic is smooth and easy to spot-clean.
Use Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat litter and this box, and you'll fall in love. (hehe ...with a litterbox!)
Tip: Do not use bleach on plastic litterboxes! It eats away at the plastic and leaves it porous, which then traps the odors more.
