Pros: Most cats seem to adore it
Cons: Some cats a bit lukewarm on it
Most of the cats previously and currently in my life have started purring at the site of this strange thing, after learning its wonders.  The person who first gave me one told me something her sister said, after she gave one of these brushes to the sister.

The sister said "Hey!  You melted my cat."  (A compliment!)  I've purchased these for myself and as gifts.

Reactions: 1 person
Pros: purple (hey it's my favorite color!); soft, inexpensive, works okay
Cons: spreads hair when used; my cat doesn't like it; only so-so a hair removal
For the price it is okay, but I have used better ones, and my cat isn't a fan of it at all.
Pros: most hair sticks to brush, and you just have to bang the brush down to get it out,it's also very massaging for the cat
Cons: hair will fly about when it doesn't stick to brush
Generally a good brush and my cat loves it. i guess she finds it massaging

only problem is to make sure you brush your cat outside as hair gets everywhere

Comments

Have you tried soaking it in jar full of  (preferably warm or hot) dishwater + dissolved borax? This is the treatment I give our dirty combs, leaving them to soak overnight.  The oils soften, I shake the tightly-lidded jar, and most of the oils fall to the bottom!  Dumping that water out & replacing with clean, then shaking them again, minimizes the amount of scrubbing needed!
