Pros: easy to use
Cons: really scenty
First off my bottle doesn't say Comfort Zone anywhere on it, it just says Feliway.

Everyone recommended this for stressed out cats so that's why I bought a bottle. Transporting my new little kittens back & forth to the vet for shots every few weeks, I didn't want them totally stressed out. I would spray in my cat carrier, on the plastic, in the back & then leave it open until it aired out.

I would then put whoever inside & transport them. I don't know if it works. Most cats hate car rides so they always howl & you can tell they just aren't happy. One time though I had this cat who was really freaking out, he wouldn't stop jumping & it's like everything was freaking him out. I've never seen anything like it before. I took the spray & sprayed it in the carpet in like 4 spots around the room. Turned on the ceiling fan (because the stuff stinks) & after like 10-15 min, he laid down & was totally different, back to normal!

So that is my experience with this spray. I guess it does work but I don't think it's a fast fix.
Cons: Expensive, did not change unwanted behavior.
I used the product for 3 consecutive  months  and there was no positive change in any of our cats. In fact,  they seemed to fight more. We do however, have a home with cathedral ceilings. So mabye that is why it did not work for us.

Pros: calmed my guy down in his carrier
Cons: price
I bought a can of the spray because my guy is suck a nervous cat. He was terrified with every Vet appointment. He really cried in the car, even howling at times.

The last Vet visit, I sprayed the insides of the carrier with the Comfort Zone, even the towel he lies on. To my surprise, Artie was so calm!

He did not cry ~~ We Talked!   And on the way home, I did not have to cover his carrier with a towel. He was animated, even wanting to look out and see the traffic going by! On the way home, we also talked!

I am a great believer in the Comfort Zone, Feliway plug-ins for the house also. Originally, I did not feel they helped with calming him, but each time they ran out, his behavior changed..

The good part is this spray can, has lasted a long time! It is very pricey, but over time, I guess it is worth it.

Thank you for your review.   I have an old guy with kidney disease who pees a lot and also pees standing up.  Sometimes he just peed on the floors or walls of the cat room instead of going to the litter box.  I read what you wrote about spraying the Feliway where cats have been peeing and decided to try it.  I spray twice a day along the walls, baseboards and floor where he'd gone before.  Been doing it over a week and I haven't found pee on the floor since I started doing it!  I have puppy pads around the litter box, and now if he goes outside the box, it's been on the pads.  I've got to think it's the Feliway spray.  I'm going to keep it up for awhile and see if it keeps working.  Thanks for the review and the idea.
I am so glad to hear that it worked for you....I was shocked that it worked for me, but got those directions right off the website.  They say to spray every 12 hours for at least 30 days to break a habit.  It gets pricey but its $15 on Dr. Foster and Smith website and they honor the $5 off coupons that come in the package.  They probably have them on amazon cheaper too, I would imagine.  But yeah, its hard to believe that it works like that.
My cat Mia is the most skittish/scared cat I've ever known. And since the Feliway plug-ins and spray worked great for my previous two cats I ordered 3 plug-ins and the spray. Mia hated it - she wouldn't even sleep in the same room where I had it plugged in. Sprayed it in the carrier and she was obviously miserable in there. So I had to wash the entire thing before I could take her to the vet. Well, she does have lots of allergies and it may have triggered something. But I must say it is a great product and yes, very expensive.
