Finding a breakaway collar for Clover

So I was wondering what I should be looking for when I shop for a breakaway collar for my cat, Clover. I heard you shouldn't buy them online because you should feel them yourself and see how easily they breakaway, but that doesn't really help much because I don't know how easily they should...

    What breed is Clover?

I've been told he's a mix between a Copper point and a Flame point Siamese, and that he's also a mix between Siamese and Maine Coon. I've been told by someone else that he's just a Flame point and nothing else, but he doesn't look orange enough to me.  The vet said he's probably three years...

Would fish count as pets in most leasing agreements?

This is just out of curiosity, but if you have a lease that clearly says "no pets" and you buy a fish, would that be violating the lease in all, most, some, few, or no instances? Thank you, I want to know if in the future I ever rent a home and I decide on getting a fish.

    Raw vs Cooked meat

I would like to know which one is better for my cat. Currently we feed him dry food, but that should end soon; we're only doing this because with the rest of his expenses (we adopted him less than a month ago), wet food seems a little expensive. But once we start feeding him wet food, how should...

Today I have to give my cat a single dose of the droncit pill. Does anybody know if I can smash it up and put it in his food? Thanks

Is dry food really as bad as they say?

We can't really afford to feed my cat wet food meals; I mean it's kind of expensive. Let's use Friskies, for example. Where I live, it costs $0.98. The can says to divide it into two or more meals, so since Clover is an adult, that's one can a day. 0.98 * 365 = $357.7, plus 7% sales tax means...

Parents won't believe me that they shouldn't rub their belly :(

My cat is extremely trusting of me, so sometimes when he's sitting next to me on the couch, he'll flip over and start to sleep belly-up. Then my parents will come over with their dog filter lenses and start rubbing his belly. He bats their arms away with his legs; he even bit my dad a few times...

    Cat urinating but no stool?

Hi, I have a three-year-old male who is only urinating. Last time he used the litter box was at night when we were sleeping (when he usually uses it). He's currently on medication for URI and has received medicine at the vet for coccidia oocyts. I don't have the money to take him to the vet...
