Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to read this:frown: Sending Bek all the love, strength and vibes I can:vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes: The kitties all send their best purrs too. I hope Bek makes a good recovery. She's in my thoughts and heart:redheartpump::redheartpump::redheartpump:
I can't find a US link for a wall bracket I'm afraid. I'm in the UK, and searches are only showing me UK and European options. Hopefully some US members will be able to help you more.
You can buy wall brackets for cat trees. You screw one end into the cat tree, and the other into the wall to stabilise it.
I should add that the tree I have is a very small footprint, so is more unstable than a square or oblong based tree. This is the specs for mine

I've got a tree about that high for my guys. They love it (especially as access to a high level platform), but it does need anchoring. Ideally, you'd anchor it to the wall with a bracket, but I've anchored it to a sturdy, stable bookshelf with a strap. This isn't ideal, but its currently my...
My guys love them all, and valerian too. They're not fussy about their herbs. Yeowww catnip is always hot property though. I have to limit silvervine because the boys go a little crazy if they get too much. Mean drunks indeed
I always thought I was crafty because I can't do traditional art (draw/paint/sculpt etc). But I hate trying to follow patterns and mostly do my own thing. So, going by the definition you give, I guess I'm artistic.
I mostly make jewellery, malas or other bead related things. I have used needle...
One of my girls is on lifelong liquid medication. I've found the best trick is those creamy tube cat treats. I taste tested different flavours first to find the favourites, and they work like a charm.
Hi, and welcome to TCS :hithere::welcomesign:
You can get trash cans designed specifically for soiled cat litter. Litter Locker, Litter Genie and Litter Champ are the brands I can find online. A diaper trash can might work too., and using diaper trash bags for litter might help as well. I've...
I honestly think that needs a vet. I'm concerned about what that central, different looking part might be:
(I took a screenshot to show what I'm concerned about.)
It's definitely something I'd want to have looked at, and sooner rather than later. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
I haven't been swimming since my early 20s (I'm 38 now). I always used to wear a plain black one piece. Nothing adventurous or flashy. I've never been very confident in my body.
My guys do like their cat beds/cat tree beds a lot. But they love human furniture too, and the dog's beds. They're more often somewhere soft and squishy than on a harder surface. They do love their cardboard cat beds as well, though. But all cats are different. And don't expect a new bed to get...
I'm glad he's safe at least, and that you know where he is. So frustrating that that person didn't call you first. Sounds like they should be footing the bill for getting him out again :mad2:
As @FeebysOwner says, can you borrow the money from someone? Or maybe see if the shelter will accept a...
Hi, and welcome to TCS :hithere::welcomesign:
My advice would be go for it! Two cats are very often happier than one alone, and taking two cats together can be a really good plan. You say the shelter thinks these two would be a good match. I'd definitely be guided by them - they know the cat...
I'm so sorry this happened. You must be worried sick about Kira. Keep going outside and calling him, especially around dawn and dusk, and at quieter times of day. Scatter some used litter around the place too. As this is a new place, he'll be missing all the familiar smells that would help guide...
Hi, and welcome to TCS :hithere::welcomesign:
The photo is a little blurry, but your girl definitely needs to see a vet ASAP. I can't tell exactly what those sores are, but they need veterinary treatment. Ringworm is a definite possibility (especially as you babysat that kitten, and ringworm...
