Thanks she did give me a probiotic to take but not helping with loose stools. Now wants to give Flagyl but only for 7 days.

Clavamox for bacterial hepatitis. Vet seems really sure of using this for her issues. Is having loose stools so now suggesting Flagyl but only for 7 days to help clear that up.

Just got recommended to use Flagyl with the clavamox to rid her of diarrhea issue. What was your experience with this drug? A bit worried about doing both given possible liver issues.

Denice I noticed a post you commented on re Flagyl. Patches was put on Clavamox which is giving her diarrhea. Flagyl is now recommended to be given to her along with clavamox. Any advice? Read it may not be a good idea if liver disease?

Just gave my cat .7 ml as directed for cat from 15ml bottle. My concern is it states mix 14ml to this bottle of water. This means it should be almost full and it is only third full. Reception gal filled it and tells me she did 14ml. Should I be worried?!

I just found out there is a chance it could be cancer in the stomach but more likely to be the following: chronic pancreatitis, bacterial hepatitis in liver and possible IBD. We will get antibiotics (Clavamox) and hypo allergenic food (Hills SD z/d) . We are going to try another liver supplement...

So the bad news is she vomited 30 mins after we gave her the pill and all food came up with it! Ugh! She's not getting the benefit if her food or the adenosyl at this point! I need to talk to my vet tomorrow.

Thank you so much for your response. I know I have really been stressed and that hasn't helped! We just gave her the pill through the pill popper and so far it's not come back up. She has been a little more herself today.

Any advice? Several vet visits in the last two weeks with liver aspirate procedure and sedation! Is eating again but nervous around me. Also doing a terrible job at pilling adenosyl which she spits up! Please help! Hate her looking so sad.
