I still have the same barbell in that it was pierced with. It has a silver ball on top and a pretty dark blue gem on the bottom that rests in my navel. The place I went to was fabulous, extremely professional and clean. They were voted one of the best places to get a tattoo or piercing in the...
My navel is pierced, also! I love it. It's been pierced for about four years now (wow, how time flies!). I will never forget how sensitive it was for weeks afterwards as it healed. Ouchie! But now, it's perfect. Just something I've noticed with myself....If I change my body wash, I tend...
I just stumbled across this thread tonight...Very cool! It is so intriguing! It makes me want to start one reeeaalllyy bad. Seahorses...that's awesome! I love the names you guys have picked out, too. Cute!
I live about 24 miles away from my work. It takes me about an hour to get there, but only about 35 mins to get home (traffic.....I hate it!!). It's almost all highway driving, too. But hey, it could be worse. I could not have a job!
I, too, agree with Marie-p and Sandtigress. This way, you get a real taste of what that career may hold for you. Then you will be able to sit down and really ask yourself for the truth; Could you handle this? Or should you stay on the path of human medicine, and put vet medicine on the back...

Congrats for getting to this point- that's quite an accomplishment...
I just heard the song I think is called "When I Get Where I'm Going" with Dolly Parton and someone else (sorry, new to the country scene, still getting to know/recognize voices). It's such a beautiful song!
I do that, too! What's really sad is that I am now kitty-less, but am still so addicted to this site, I come here at least once (okay, so a lot more than that!) every day. My husband looks at me weird sometimes (like I said, we are kitty-less), but doesn't say anything. He's such a dear!
Not only does it run the risk of possible infection, it also has not been proven very effective against the virus.
FIP is such a gray area of veterinary medicine, it's scary. I agree with your decision to forgo (sp?) this particular vaccine.
I would use a 3-1 ratio with the breadcrumbs and butter....3 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of melted butter. You could make double to amount so you would have a thicker cover.
I absolutely loooove garlic and herbs, so if it was me, I would probably season the plain bread crumbs...
