I live about 24 miles away from my work. It takes me about an hour to get there, but only about 35 mins to get home (traffic.....I hate it!!). It's almost all highway driving, too. But hey, it could be worse. I could not have a job!

I do that, too! What's really sad is that I am now kitty-less, but am still so addicted to this site, I come here at least once (okay, so a lot more than that!) every day. My husband looks at me weird sometimes (like I said, we are kitty-less), but doesn't say anything. He's such a dear!

I would use a 3-1 ratio with the breadcrumbs and butter....3 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of melted butter. You could make double to amount so you would have a thicker cover. I absolutely loooove garlic and herbs, so if it was me, I would probably season the plain bread crumbs...
