the last of some macaroni and cheese with broccoli, and a bit of (extra from making stuffed peppers this afternoon, filling which i baked in a mini loaf pan...meatloaf style) ground beef/rice/etc. dessert will be a slice of banana bread and maybe a few red seedless grapes, later this evening...

i did the treadmill, spent some time on a jigsaw puzzle while chatting with a friend, had a grocery order delivered, did some organizing of (little) things in my apartment, washed the dishes, vacuumed, scooped the litter boxes, trash and recycling taken out. now on the internet, and will...

@Mia6 , thank you! today i did the usual things around my apartment, went to a senior center thrift store's 50% off sale, chatted with friends. i also pre-measured for the blondies i'll be baking tomorrow (will be banana walnut blondies), and hard boiled some eggs.

it's currently 71 degrees F here. :thumbsup:

i'm thinking a chef salad -- romaine lettuce, baby spinach, thin sliced ham, thin sliced pepper jack cheese, sliced hard boiled egg, sliced cucumber, some croutons, and buttermilk ranch dressing. a slice of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting (substituting carob for the chocolate) for...

i'll heat up some hash brown potatoes, fry and egg and place on top, top with bacon crumbles and cheese shred.

today i emptied the dishwasher and put away it's contents. i washed the few dishes needing to go in (the next load) the dishwasher. i made some hash brown diced potatoes (with diced sweet red bell pepper, diced onions, salt and pepper) today. i vacuumed the flooring, then scooped and wiped down...

i'll heat up some braised pork ragu, and serve it over a microwaved potato. some cubes of fresh papaya on the side. and a blondie with cherries for dessert, later in the evening.
