I got rid of a bad spider problem in my basement a couple years ago by spraying a mixture of half coconut oil and half white vinegar around the edges of the floors and walls.  They vanished in minutes and stayed gone for months.  Good luck.

I can get gizzards for 74 cents/lb.  Not sure about bone-in thighs, but do they need to be ground? 

Thanks.  Right now I just supplement her canned food with raw sometimes.  I would love to switch her over but I'm not sure if I could make it work affordably.  If gizzards could be a significant part of her diet it might work, since I can get them really cheap.  I can also get chicken heart and...

How many chicken gizzards would be good for my cat each day?  Right now I feed canned food and supplement with raw sometimes, usually chicken gizzards and hearts, sometimes a chicken neck.  I would love to go full raw but cant afford too much right now and chicken breast, etc. is too expensive...

No bumper stickers, but I ordered four car magnets a couple years ago and sometimes use them.  I have "save a paw don't declaw", "shop puppy mills", "dogs can die in hot cars report it", and "animal abusers are losers". 

I wear earrings and a cat angel pin.

I've always though black and white was the best color for any animal.  I also love orange, calico, and tortoiseshell.

Autumn Angel is The Queen, because she rules.

I got Autumn Angel when she was almost a year old.  I had pictured getting a kitten and had the name Autumn picked out, then ended up getting her, and her name was Angel, so I decided on Autumn Angel.

Hello and welcome.  From my experience I would recommend sisal over carpet.  I've known a lot of cats and only seen about three use carpet scratchers.  Most cats like sisal. 

I grew up with cats but didn't know that much about them till I got Autumn Angel.  She taught me a lot, and really got me interested in reading what I could about cats.  I've read cat books, some being more helpful than others, and I've learned a lot from this site and others.
