14 year old cat was pretty normal last week. Racing around the house like she was a fraction of that age.
She suddenly stopped eating. Her food had been changed to what we feed outdoor cats and she loved it. Started to drink and pee a lot. Kidney test showed slight elevation. Not...
My cat is suffering allergies. Vet recommended a novel protein, grain free food.
My cat hates pate. I feed her Wellness Core (not Signature Select) Hearty Cuts Chicken and Turkey Grain Free now.
She is scratching pulling hair off on her stomach and neck.
My cat has seasonal allergies and I have always put drops of Mometamax in her ears when she itches them aggressively, and Synotic Otic fluid on the red angry hairless patches of skin she licks incessantly.
Today I took her in to the vet thinking I was going to be sent home with the same two...
My cat's breeder used to sprinkle NuVet Plus on her food. Ordered some of that and going to try. Also ran across Oli Vet my Vetri Science, an olive leaf extract that contains Quercetin.
Anyone know correct combination of quercetin, bromelain, and papain for an 8 lb cat? She has licked a spot on her inner thigh down to skin and blood.

I am glad she made it home. It might be easier to find a home for one of the kittens. People always want kittens. Much harder to find homes for an adult.
This thread, Stephanietx mentions Dawn dish soap and flea comb. Also that fleas can cause anemia and death.

A family member took in a kitten that had fleas and the kitten died from anemia brought on by the fleas.
I know it is important to deal with the fleas, just have not had experience myself with kittens. Hoping you can find the answer by searching the forums if no one is able to get you an...
I don't know the answer to your question. I searched this site for 'kittens fleas' and this is what I found:

No flea collars either. Also bad.
Willowy posted here in post #8 but these were adult cats, not kittens. Hopefully, someone with kitten experience posts a response.

Do not use any of the commercial flea powders which are toxic and cause neurological issues, even death. Hartz, etc.

I don't have experience with getting rid of fleas. I will do a quick search on this forum as I am certain others have found...
Look for a food low in phosphorous. Not low protein, as once thought. It is now the reverse, a high protein food, that is believed to be better.
Please go back to page 1 of these posts and read LDG's post:

I am so sorry for what you are all going through. Josh is surrounded by those he loves.
My cat had kidney failure and I had her euthanized in our home, where she was most comfortable. She hated car rides.
My vet came to our home to help. There was nothing more we could do and I did not...
She bit into the piece of pill hidden in the NV raw and immediately started drooling. She chews all of her food into tiny bits. Hiding a pill isn't going to work.
I have regular Wellness pate that I could try. She does not really like it, though. She does like FF grilled chicken in gravy. Again same problem. : -(
I have NV Instinct raw that is frozen. She will eat the bits that are partially frozen. I might try to put 1/3 of a Benadryl into the...
I have not tried hand feeding her. She mouths everything, not immediately eating food. Some kibble I use as treats, she will put in her mouth, taste it, then spit it out.
I will give it a try. She does not like pate type food, she likes the shredded in gravy Wellness Selects. Not sure I can...
