Hope you start feeling a lot better very soon. Again like others have said Thyroid, B12 , SADD , a hormonal imbalence. I suffer from PCOS (poly cystic ovariann syndrome) And when my hormones are out of wack i get very tired , crampy stomach , mood swings , dizzy spells ect. Keep us updated x
