Nothing much really.A couple of pairs of tweezers ,razor blades, some eye drops and that's it.Harry keeps his meds together ,as there are so many ,in his office in a pill organizer for the week, and that's where he keeps his bottles too.Mine are on a shelf in our bedroom.
Mine too with the q tips and bread ties! Also the lids from soda bottles...well,any bottle truthfully...any scrunched up ball of paper ready for the trash, and Penny loves to raid the dog food bowl and swipe a few ,batting them all over the floor. Then there's Donnie, who loves to raid an ash tray...
The leftover sausage, peppers and onions are calling my name today. When I was growing up,my Grandma used to make these wonderful scrambled egg sandwiches on garlic bread with them, chopped up in the scrambled eggs.Sounds to me like that's what is for our dinner!
Had some things to pick up in town today, and I don't feel like he should be going alone these days,so we went together. It was after noon so I picked up a small fried chicken at Wal-Mart.By the time we got home we were starving so had a late lunch amnd had mac salad and some chicken. It was fresh...
My parents were big movie fans and took us to the drive in with them when they went, which was often in warmer weather. We didn't have one all that close to us so it was a little bit of a hike to go but everyone enjoyed it so it was worth it.
I have 2 loaves of what I hope will be a knock off of rye bread rising in the kitchen, and he asked if we could have bacon and eggs for dinner tonight.I'm thinking it won't be long before they go in the oven so fresh bread toasted to have with dinner.Yum!
The mac salad I had made was such a success,I guess...he asked me today if I had everything I needed to make more,so this time I made a big bowl, and we had it with chili dogs, complete with cheese and onions. So good!
