There was no heart murmur in many of them.
I would have your cat scanned for HCM.
A chest xray will not show that.
BTW my 18.6 year old cat was pts a few weeks ago because she threw a blood clot and had a stroke...
I see them at shows and there are many purebred cats that end up in shlters when they should be returned to the breeder if they can not be kept.
