    This is a great thread, what a saga. I also feed Fancy Feast, my Brucie eats about 8-1/2 oz a day but isn't really fat I don't think, maybe I should feed him less. Hmmm, I wonder. You have done really good mschauer, it must have taken much patience.

    My Vet that only treats cats, no dogs or other animals has told me cats should be on a wet food diet and I've read that all over the internet also.  My Vet said it's because they don't drink enough water.   It seems females get kidney disease and males get crystals.  I have a male cat Brucie...

    I found out the hard way that the US Postal Service messes up quite often with "Change of Address" thingies. :You have to fill out a separate one for each person plus each spelling of each person. Say you get mail in the name of Mrs. John Smith, you fill out one change of address in that name...

    I am reading an excellent book now titled, "Pawprints of Katrina" about the massively huge animal rescue effort in LA. It is a good book but I must read it in increments because it gets to me. Authored by a woman that was there immediately following Katrina and she stayed four months I think...
