Our cat Thumbs has diabetes. We are picking him up at vet today. The vet said we have to give him insulin shots everyday. Somebody told my wife they had a cat with diabetes and just changed the cats food. Anybody have a similar situation? Thanks.

Minnie has passed away. She was 14. She did not like to be held, but she loved to be brushed. She also loved to sleep in the cat tent. I will miss her. She is the 2nd cat that died this year. I knew since all but one are older they would be passing around the same time.

Bandit passed away in June from renal failure. She was 12. She went missing last year for 3 weeks and when she came back she was so skinny. Bandit got out Wednesday night and has not come back. It has been a rough 7 months. In October Monday got out and never came back. (I still have not given up hope though), in December Elton passed away and now Bandit is missing. Hope she comes home.

We got Stone last month. We went to the shelter to look for our lost cat Monday. My wife thought it was Monday and we brought him home and realized it was not him. We could not bring him back and put an ad in the paper to see if anyone lost him. No one called and we have a new cat.

Elton passed away. He was fifteen. He passed at home with his friends around him. He was the only cat to get along with all the other cats and also the dogs. If people came over he would jump on their lap, even if they did not like it. He was a loving cat. I love him and miss him.
