wow that's a nice looking spreadsheet :D. Thank you for sharing. May I ask why you singled out carrageenan? Is this bad for cats or does your cat have some sensitivity towards it. None of the foods I feed my cats have carrageenan, but I know my dog's dental bone does, so that got me thinking. 

Check the back of the package, typically there is feeding instructions. But, as suzanneF said, just leave the food out and let her have as much as she'd like. Once you observe how much she is eating and she grows a little, you can setup a schedule and control the portions.
