When I look at Yoda I thank God for the miracle. Today he is doing well. I try not to look at tomorrow but thank God for today. My husband and I are firm believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that God cares about our animals just as much as people. We couldn't isolate him Yoda would have...
I never isolated my Yoda. He to was diagonised and I have multiple cats. Did I take a risk. Yes but with much prayer I decided not to isolate. Two scares where he would not eat. Recovery food given. Two shots of strong antibiotics and prayer. Trusting in Gods faithfulness to heal. And he did...
I put a sock on my little girl. I purchased a extra large sock cut the bottom and put her in the sock. Kept her in it until her incision healed completely. This vet sounds like a class act. Very incompetent. No she would not wear a cone. I would seek a second opinion asap or change doctors.
I have a male who had chronic fever. They did the SNAP test. He was diagnosed with Felve. We already exposed to our other cats. The vet told me nothing we could do. Basically euthanize him. I took him home to die. I took him in during the terrible freeze storm in West Texas. My husband came...
Xena is also obsessed from drinking from the bathroom faucet even though we have fresh e trying will in a bowl for her. She will occasionally drink from her bowl but her preference is the bathroom sink. I dont mind as long ad she drinks water. She is on kibbles and eet food. She prefers kibbles...
I put a towel or a blanket after she goes in the carrier over the carrier. She crys but she is not as spooked. I do it with all my cats. You may have already tried this
when xena had a sub q it took her about 2 days before she would drink water. She to was a dry kibble only. I let her have it and prayed to God she would drink water. She did. With the sub q she is hydrated. Keep us posted.
I really can't help you but maybe others can. I take care of ferals and one year the kitty I took care of her anus was red big and round. It only did it when she had a bout of diarrhea then all the feral were having big and red and round anuses. I assumed it was a bug going around. After that...
I would take her off the milk. Happened to my kitten. Took her off all milk products. Put her on kitten food kibbles. ( she was eating adult cat food) when I got her. I also put her on royal canin recovery food. She is a healthy 7 months old. She is on 9 lives essential kibbles friskies wet food...
I have 3 cats all of them eat 9 lives essential plus friskies cat and kitten food pate. No problems. No diarrhea. Doing well on the food I am giving them.just make sure they are well hydrated.
Mine does that. She has been doing that. Except it is in between her toes. Changed kitty litter. Stopped for awhile. Then started again. I put a bacterial cream between her toe pad. You can keep an eye on it and if it gets worse then see your vet.
My cats are used to their crates. I put a cover over their crates and dont wake up until I get up around 5 ish. Yes my senior kitty loves it when my other two go to sleep. She should try the crate. It might work.
What has helped me I crate two of my kitties at night. I have one that had free run of the house at night. But I had to do this because of my sanity. She might not like it at first but she will get used to it.
I hope your fur babies get well. The medicine might be making him not well. My 8 week old at
the time had diarrhea throwing up and would not eat her food. I asked what I should do the receptionist at the vets office suggested Royal Canin recovery wet food. I said I'll try it. I hand feed her and...
The vet recommended royal canine for my missy. She wasn't eating and had diarrhea. This is a miracle food. She started eating it and her kitten kibbles and the diarrhea cleared up. This food has a lot of calories. I did not need to bring her in.you can get this at any vet office. I explained to...
