I would recommend RAWZ PATE. They have many flavors, and they market their products as having no carageenan/gums. Rawz is only available at independent retailers though, so you won’t find it at major stores like Petco/Petsmart.

Hello all,
Looking for automatic feeder recommendations for WET FOOD! Need it to have at least 5+ compartments, as well as ice packs.
My Quorra only eats wet food so I’m thinking an automatic feeder would be nice to try out if I need to leave for a day/night.
Also, does anyone have any tips or...
Hello all - wanted to provide a final update on what happened here. By the end of August/early Sept (about 3 months after 1st surgery), Quorra lost appetite, had vomiting issues and became severely bloated. She was on mirtazapine since the first surgery, which was the only thing that would get...
Yes - extra water in food definitely helps!! I think pumpkin helped Quorra poo at first, but along the way I think it lost its effectiveness. I was adding about 1/4 teaspoon in each meal.
I’m curious if Miralax is safe for long term use. I’m not comfortable regularly feeding chemicals. (If I...
Hey! After going through a lot these past couple months w/ Quorra - visiting multiple vets (emergency exploratory surgery, constipation), I’m trying to switch her to a high quality food that’ll agree with her.
After her surgery I cut out dry food completely. Her entire life she’s been on...
Quorra did gain appetite pretty quickly. It’s absorbed into skin within 2 hours! She was a little vocal while on it, but other than that didn’t notice side effects.
My Quorra was prescribed Mirataz (mirtazapine) as an appetite stimulant after a recent surgery. It’s very easy to administer as it’s a cream rubbed in ear. If you can get a vet to prescribe that, it’ll definitely help with appetite or weight loss.
You may want to get a “steel” type scooper. It’s always easiest to pour the clean litter away from the clump, then scoop and wipe the rest away with a damp paper towel.
You could also try distributing more litter on kitty’s fav pee spot.
By the way, this is the best clumping litter I’ve ever...
If I were you I’d keep it! Maybe throw it in the washer and air dry it to keep it clean. I’m sure kitty loves it!
My Quorra has a baby blanket she’s had since she was a lil kitten.
Well it’s worth the price considering how often you need to change out the litter entirely! It clumps so well, that you simply scoop soiled litter away and refill the box as needed.
I’ve tried pellet litter (Yesterdays News) after Quorra had surgery. Pellet litter needs to be changed entirely...
Yes! We have a new love for grass seed litter. Pioneer Pet’s is by far the best - I’ve found it clumps better than Petco’s SoPhresh brand!
Tracking isn’t a concern for us as we use a litter mat 😄. I’m so happy to have discovered a natural, clumping option!!
Hi cat lovers,
I wanted to share the absolute BEST, NATURAL CAT LITTER ever!
Pioneer Pet’s “SmartCat” Natural Grass Seed Litter
It clumps better than clay, has little dust, and has very little scent.

Thanks again for the support these past few weeks. Quorra had her first “normal” poo tonight. 1 week after all those enemas.
Was worried a few days ago when she projectile vomited bile with a hairball, but her appetite stayed good. For future reference - one episode of vomiting with a hairball...
Yesterday I did ask about stool softener or other pain med options. For stool softener they mentioned “blue heron” or “lactulose.” They also pulled out a bottle of CBD (pain med). I didn’t end up buying meds yesterday as I was just curious. I’ll see how she fairs in the next few days.
She’s...
