She's my cat, her mom gave birth near my house and decided to live here. I've messaged my cousin who is studying to become a veterinarian for advice but my parents didn't let me treat her.

About 3/4 of her tail fell off. I'm not allowed to keep her indoors, are there any alternatives to that? She wasn't crying when I first noticed her but I'm sure she's in pain. I'll try to call my local animal shelters, hopefully I'll get a good reply. Thank you.
