    Pregnanttttttt

I’m not sure if it’s because she’s so small that she looks bigger. She’s about 3 years she’s been here since a kitten. My issue is that I’m not able to spay/neuter them. I live in a small town with one vet clinic and the spay and neuter services are costly. Needless to say there are a lot of...

    Pregnanttttttt

Hello everyone! I have had this stray cat pretty much live at my house for a few years now. (Named her spooks) We feed them and have built a shelter for them from the cold. She has turned up pregnant. She has never let me touch her but I’m wondering if anyone can estimate how far along she looks...

Kitty(res cat) still does not want to stay for anything other than eating. Minnie(res cat) seems like she’s...

    Introducing cats??

Small update:been feeding on opposite sides of the door and playing with Minnie and tigger for a little over a month now. I’ve skipped a few times because of busy days but not very many and try to stay as consistent as I can. There are still attacks underneath the door sometimes and some...

    Introducing cats??

Hey everyone. We have been feeding on opposite sides of the door for 10 days now. I feed in the morning and night. All cats are snackers so they do not finish the food in one sitting but eat throughout the day and night so when each time I feed a let them eat for a little bit by the door and...

    Introducing cats??

So we are just restarting the introduction process today. It has been about 2 months since they have been separated and have had no contact. I am starting with scent swapping and using 3 different clean socks rubbing each cats head neck and cheeks and letting them sniff and give treats. They...

I introduced two cats too early. How do I recover from this?

Hi! I am actually dealing with introducing cats too. I’ve been doing it for a little over 3 months now. Took in a stray who is sweet and cuddly towards people and dogs but definitely not to my two resident cats. Your experience went a lot better than mine has that’s for sure. Mine have...

    Introducing cats??

Hi everyone! I just wanted to come on here and ask a question. New cat is still isolated in her room and will still be isolated for a while just in a different area. We are a week away from it being 1 month. However I might have to move her to a family members house while they are out of town. I...

Am I not feeding cat on a diet enough?

I would like to switch him from meow mix I have seen that as well. I used to feed my own cats that but have since switched. However that’s what the owners want to feed him:/ I’m wondering if he’s better off being free fed with it (even though hes very overweight) or if I should continue with his...

    Thoughts on food

They are 1 and estimated 2 years. I mixed their old food with their new food and added more everyday for about a week until they were completely on the new food! The 2 year old seems to be doing a lot better. She was dewormed a couple months ago. I’m not sure with what but it was just one dose...

Am I not feeding cat on a diet enough?

Hey everyone I have recently put a cat I am sitting while the owners are out of town. They will be gone for a long while. We are putting him on a diet cause he is very obese. He is 20 pounds. It has been about a month maybe. We started at a full cup twice a day and we just reduced the amount to...

    Thoughts on food

2 out of the 3 are having diarrhea. One has had it on and off for a while so we wanted to try to switch foods to see if that would help. The vet just gave her a syringe of medicine. I think the other is just stressed (cat intros). I am trying to look for more affordable but safe and good options!

    Blood in cats stool

Yes those are the ones we are thinking of switching too! I really would prefer to feed a wet diet but family members can’t stand the smell of the wet food and I’m not sure about other areas but it is more costly here.:( Thankyou for your help!

Does anyone have any thoughts on the Purina One Plus Sensitive Skin and Stomach or the Iams Sensitive Digestion and Skin food?

    Blood in cats stool

Yes we talked to our vet before and they just gave her a syringe of medicine so I’m not sure. We did take the new cat to the vet and she got dewormed, her vaccines, tested for Felv and Fiv, and spayed. This didn’t start with her until we put her back in her room so I’m guessing she’s stressed...
