My 17 year old boy just died suddenly looking for some answers

you gave your fur baby love, attention, medical care and comfort to the end. I am so sorry for your loss. I had a friend who had something very similar happen to her cat. He had JUST been cleared by a vet ; middle of night he howled, she got up to see why, and picked him up as he drew his last...

Very fussy cat with allergies, what should I feed him

Peanut has sensitivities to some food, litter and had a reaction to flea med ! what I find works best ... look for food with MINIMAL ingredients. the less fillers, the better. Its probably something IN the food (etc.) that's triggering the issue, but it would take much $$ to find out what it is...

My cat had a stroke. Are we doing the right thing?

a quick note ... a saddle thrombus is also caused by a blood clot, but it is fatal. if it isn't 99 % of the time the best option is to end the suffering as it so horribly painful for them and the outcome is not good. I have lost 2 cats to it. wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The chance of...

    Chewy vs amazon

I have to say.. I have used both Chewy and Amazon for my pets. The one advantage Amazon has is .. faster delivery . I'm a prime member ,and stuff gets her FAST . Chewy is usually ok with food, but anything non food can take MUCH LONGER. I ordered an orthopedic bed for one cat I had. it took...

    Cat puking

I have read about other kitties whose tummies did not agree with FF for some reason ? Peanut wont eat it, but she is fussy overall. My Bella ate it just fine, but she would eat anything ... aw, reading all the kind responses makes my heart glad. Yes, terrible accidents happen, and death can result. The fact that you are sad means you are loving to start with. That is a GOOD thing !!
