The stitches are dissolvable and they told me that it would take 5-7days to dissolve but they're still there. I can see a difference in size of the stitches though.
My kitten had been spayed about 2 weeks ago and still has stitches. I know they want her to be in a smaller area so they don't get inflamed or get stitches poped out but the bathroom is almost in constant use and my closet is to small. I can tell that the incision site swelling hasn't gone down...
