    He tries to get at the site quite a bit, sometimes obsessively so to be safe we keep the collar on at all times. I’d love to give the poor boy a break but have remained strong!

    Hiya! Just curious how long anyone else’s cat spent in an e collar after having PU surgery. Specifically if your kitty had dissolvable stitches.     Maybe try getting an additional litter box and keeping it in a private area especially away from the baby? He may be acting out due to the change in environment.

    Ziggy is the only cat I’ve ever had that doesn’t go crazy for wet food! He won’t touch it. He is on a prescription food diet though to help with his urinary troubles.
