I second everything She's a Witch said. Cats have a hierarchy to sort out. One of my cats always waits at the end of the line. She eats when everyone else is done. It's her established order. But she does eat so it's okay.
Sorry to see nobody has really mentioned that perhaps it was normal healthy behavior. I have a cat who leaks a bit when she's very happy, purring, stimulated, in that state of loving being pet- you know the same as when a cat drools in pleasure. Haha gross babies. If you like your grain free...
