I would try calcium bentonite clay, I get mine from The Living Clay Company 1-800-915-clay. (Tested safe to drink). It will absorb toxins parasites heavy metals etc from the intestines. I DRINK it also. for my cats I put a teaspoon of clay to 2 cups water. May have to use a syringe if he does...
