To be honest with you, Stella has never ever had any issues the last 4 years I’ve had her. She’s never been sick, had any eye problems, and has always been healthy, so this is all new to me, which is probably why I worry so much.
I hope so too, if he doesn’t call me by mid Monday, I will be sure to make a follow up call. I hate knowing that any of my kitties are in pain or uncomfortable 😞😞 thank you for the love and the kind words❤️❤️ Stella and I both appreciate it! She’s all tucked in for the night and I cleaned her...
I did call the vet right away, but he’s out for the weekend until Monday. They left him a note with my concern and said he would call me Monday. What I did tonight was clean her eyes, both of them with warm water and those little cotton pads, and I just put the drops in her right eye. I haven’t...
Hello there, my vet is closed at the moment, so I wanted to just come on here and get a few answers perhaps.
Stella has conjunctivitis in her right eye. I immediately took her to the vet as soon as I noticed it, and they gave her Neo-Poly-Dex drops to use ( one drop every 12 hours). I’ve been...
Okay! That makes sense, the vet just never even came out to talk to me, so I really wasn’t sure, and when I called them the girl on the phone really wasn’t able to tell me anything! I appreciate the response :)
Hey everyone, just wanted to make a quick post as I wonder if this is normal. I took Toby to the vet this weekend for his annual shots, and they did an annual exam as well. Because of this whole Coronavirus, the vet is now a drive-up and no one other than the pets are allowed inside.
when I got...
Exactly! I almost didn’t go in this trip. I live in a California and my entire family lives back home in Hungary. We moved when I was 8 and I used to go back all the time in the summer when I was younger. When I started working it became a little less frequently but then I got the cats. I’ve had...
So my mom texted me and she said there were no accidents when she went to check on them now, and she said both cats watched her re pot the plants on my patio and they found it very interesting, and then she said they opened one set of the new toys I had left for them and they are playing
Do you think as the days go on she might just get accustomed to my mom being there and be alright? I just worry so much, and I’ve never left her before ever not even for a night, and yes my mom cleaned it up with the pet deodorizer
So she pooped in my bedroom under this bench that she likes to lay under. It’s a spot I find her sleeping in quite often which is why I am worried she pooped there. And the litter box is in the bathroom right across the hallway. My mom says she cleans it out daily so I feel like it’s separation...
UPDATE:
So I’ve been gone for 3 days now and my mom has been going over to my place twice a day. She gives them both treats, plays with them, loves on them, and usually stays for about 2 hours each time she visits.
She told me today that Stella popped in the bedroom.
Stella has never ever...
Yea, my mom will come over twice a day and play with them and hang out too, but I still just feel so bad and guilty for leaving them, but they are my babies and I want them to just be okay!
Thank you, you are for sure easing my anxiety with that. I really almost didn’t go because I was so worried. But I haven’t seen my grandparents and family back home in 5 years so I’m just hoping they will be okay for 13 days and I can have a nice time and come back re charged and relaxed
There’s been times that I left them alone for almost a day but never a full day. I don’t go out of town much and was busy with school the past few years so that’s why I was always home. And it’s just the cats and I at my apartment. I plan to leave some of my t shirts out, and won’t be changing...
So yes, she comes over quite a bit and the cats know who she is and they are pretty comfortable with her. She’s also been coming over every day this week and I’ve been letting her do the feeding just so they can get used to someone else. I will definitely be on skype a few times with them and...
