Ah , I think I understand. The bone content is basically double the amount. So by doubling the amount of meat you cut the bone in half. Gotcha.

Could you explain how you got that number? So are you subtracting 15 percent from bone and adding 15 percent for meat to get 30 percent?

Well only have had him for 3 days but he constantly wants to be around us and likes snuggling up with all of us lol. Loves being pet and constantly purring :)

Also, I'm leaving out his food for about 3 hrs max in the bowl is this a safe time as it comes out from the fridge cold.

Hi All, just got my new kitty and he is eating raw!. I'm feeding 4 to 5 times a day and he gobbles everything up every time is this ok? Feeding as much as he will eat? Have not weighed him yet but he feels about 2- 3 pounds max. He is eating right now about 2 to 3 oz a day. He is 12 weeks.

Just wanted to say thank-you to everyone for all your help and advice to help prepare for my new Cat, Frost! He is a Neva Masquerade and is 12 weeks old eating like a piggy lol.

Just an update, picked up my kitty Monday and the trip home was a breeze. I put him in the crate , no water no food nothing but a blanket in the crate and he was great. Slept most of the way. 4.5 hrs.
