Thank you! We're blessed, they're very strong and healthy. I'm supplementing them every 4 hours. Constance stopped producing milk, but still lets them suckle now.

    Pregnancy Misery

They turned a week old yesterday and I took some pictures. They're getting some coloring, especially around their ears and noses.

She has been closed in the room with them since birth, but just isn't taking care of them as she should be.

    Pregnancy Misery

@Hollyp06 Thank you! They'll be a week old tomorrow. They've grown and changed so much already. Constance has stopped taking care of them like she was. She's spending maybe 50 percent of her time with them, when before it was probably 80. I'm beginning to bottle feed them more as they cry a...

    Pregnancy Misery

@Sarthur2 Each is beginning to get color on their noses and ears. I'm bottle feeding once daily, just to supplement a little so I know they each have a full tummy when I go to bed. They're very comfortable with me already and 2 of the females actually snuggle up to me. Although I'm trying not...

    Pregnancy Misery

@Sarthur2 Thank you! They have us wrapped around their little paws. I'm still helping her out just a little bit, but she's doing almost all of the work.

@RetroCatMom I hope the babies are growing and thriving. Happy Birthday (sorry it's belated)! I turn 23 tomorrow. :-) Thank you! We have 3 girls and 1 boy. They're quite a lively bunch, we're enjoying them.

    Pregnancy Misery

@Sarthur2 Thank you! We are so excited to watch them grown and change and discover their personalities. There were no complications whatsoever. She did everything perfectly all by herself. However, I'm helping her out a bit with nursing the kittens. I'm giving them about a fourth of a...

    Pregnancy Misery

@Sarthur2 I'd have to agree with you. They're all pure white from head to toe. The feral who got in was a solid black long haired cat. He didn't father them or they wouldn't all be solid white. She told me she was pretty sure he was chased off before he could even properly mount her. These...

They're doing wonderful. Nursing like champs and sleeping off their milk comas.

    Pregnancy Misery

@daisyd Thank you. We absolutely adore them. She had 4 and has been done for a while. She's a wonderful and attentive mother. 2 look absolutely identical and were attached to the same placenta with separate umbilical cords.

@talkingpeanut I didn't even get a chance to take her because she started panting and pushing. Everything happened naturally.

    Pregnancy Misery

Constance is about to see her veterinarian. Still no kittens yet, despite all this behavior pointing to her being in labor for the past 16 hours. The doctor was having me hold off bringing her in, but now she too seems to be starting to worry. Here's to hoping everything will be okay.
