yes he ate his usual portion of food and drank his water and used his litter box just as he does every day

he's 4 and neutered, he eats both dry and wet food in rotation and there hasn't been any changes in the house he just suddenly woke up and started licking compulsively and it seems now he can reach tthrough the cone. There are no vets open where I live till monday :(

my cat suddenly started licking his testicles they're all red now I had to put him in a cone to restrain him :( what should I do please help
