Thanks for the reports! This will take some investigating but we'll figure it out eventually.

The pop-up should still be showing up (I just tested with my alerts preferences as well as my following settings). Nothing has changed on our end over the past week. I wonder if this could be related to your browser? Can you make sure pop-ups aren't blocked on TCS?

To add to what Stephanie just explained - there were no changes in the platform over the past few days. Please try adjusting the settings as she suggests and if things still aren't working as expected, let us know here - thanks!

Thanks for the report @Silver Crazy ! I am aware of the issue and we're working on fixing it. We're about to switch the entire article system to a new platform of its own (still on the site, just run by a different backend system) and that will allow us to re-embed all of the quizzes properly...

The simplest solution would be to use a different email address. Personally, since I switched to using Gmail, I've never had an issue with blacklisted IP lists, so I can recommend that one. You can set up a rule in your Yahoo account to send everything to Gmail. Or you could do the opposite, and...

We don't usually chase these things. Personally, I once changed ISPs for a similar reason but that's because they blocked a resource that I needed for work purposes. In my own experience, the tech support personnel who answered the calls simply had no way of getting the IT people to unban IP...

ISP's create their own blacklists based on reports from their users. These lists sometimes cover entire IP ranges, so a ban on our IP can be completely unrelated to TCS itself. It could be the result of a spammy campaign from a server that happens to be in the same IP range as our mail server...
