I had a similar situation before Christmas, with a long line and only two very surly workers behind the desk. The man in front of me got fed up and asked why they didn't have more workers up front, considering it was the holiday season. The worker told him that the post office makes more money...
Anything vanilla, a blackberry-sage perfume oil I picked up at an herb shop, and several Demeter scents (Gin and Tonic, Grapefruit Tea and Fuzzy Navel). I can't do the really strong complex scents, because they trigger my migraines, but any non-floral citrus or fruit scent usually works for me.
Maryland, my home state. In three hours, you can go from the ocean to the mountains. We have large cities (Baltimore and Washington DC, which I consider part of Maryland ) and wonderful historic towns like Ellicott City or Frederick. Maryland has four full seasons, and in the western part of...
Good luck with the diet overhaul. I did something similar recently, and although at first it was a pain, especially adjusting to smaller portions, I seem to keep full longer. I've eaten a lot of baby carrots, though. If I'm not careful I'm going to turn orange

My faves:
Bubba-Ho-Tep with Bruce Campbell (definitely a cult hit)
Session 9 and Stir of Echoes, both underappreciated horror movies
ETA: SilentNate's post reminded...
I can't wait for the warmup. I got stuck in my driveway yesterday and today. Even two of the college guys from two doors over couldn't get me out today Only about 15 minutes of rocking the car back and forth worked. I'm parking in the street for now.
I think I'll have a lot more shoveling...
I work with a guy originally from Poland, who learned English from a British teacher. So, he speaks with a polish-british accent. It's actually pretty neat.
