Help kitten stuck inside?

took them to vet today for check up they all look fine... vet said i can put little drop of advantage on the kittens for the fleas.. but i worry that la sophie might be lickign the kittens to clean them up and lick that stuff isnt the object of putting it on the back on neck between shoulders so the cat cant lick it??... vet also said i can start giving the kittens food a little bit at time in a week or so isnt that to early?? he said la sophie doesnt seem to have alot of milk but it might be just enough for 2 kittens.otherwise they are all doing fine the kittens bellys r huge.. ive been calling them chubby and tubby. LOL but the one kitten name is still miracle oh and by the way she is a girl and the other one is a boy . both there eyes r open they look so cutee. well i just thought i would update u all

I just found your post. I am happy to see everything worked out well. I know it must have been hard and stressful worrying about your cat, and the financial part of it. I am sorry you had to go through this.

Both of them are so cute. Miracle is a great name for her.

what a marvellous story with a beautiful ending. I am sorry to hear that la Sophie lost two kittens, but how wonderful that miracle surived against all odds

Yes, she would probably lick it off. It wouldn't be too bad, though. Fleas are far worse. She might spit a little of it up after grooming it off of them, but as long as it's been 30 minutes or so, it should take effect and take care of the fleas. The food is a little early, but giving them the option is always good. I'd wait until 3 1/2 weeks at minimum. I have two 3 weeks olds myself and the only thing they've been doing with a plate of mushy food is walking through it.

no not keeping the kittens i have found a home for miracle im givivng her to my best friend of 12 years 10 years ago she had a fire and 2 of her kids died in it ...i thought miracle belongs to her cause she is a special person alsothe boy kitten i have no idea yet will be taking him im goign to be picky though i want someone i know to have him so i can see him...i wish i could keep them both my kids r driving me crazy wanting to keep them but unfortunatly i allready have some cats and i need to get on the ball with getting them fixed i have JC he is a boy stripped orange he is my baby u should hear this cat purr i swear it sounds like a motor ive never heard anyhting like it before LOL.im pretty sure he is daddy to the 2 kittens.. so very soon getitng him in to get fixed soon as i get my school loan... besides he been spraying everywhere UGGGGGGGGGG...i also have another cat princess she is about 6 months or so.. this kitten was sapose to be my oldest daugter best friend but her dad wouldnt let her keep it .. so i ended up with it its still my daughter best friend cat i just make her come over and take part of the care for her like cleaning litter boxhelpuing to buy food ect.. im gonna talk to her about getitng some money to get her fixed..found a vet that fixes cats for 60 bucks so gonna get everyone straightened out....... last but not least we have eboni she is a black cat with 6 toes... she also belongs to my friend that lost her kids but she lives 3 hours away from me and been down here so much that she just left eboni here till she moves down here wich will be soon.....well thats about it sorry so long

Go ahead and flea treat the kittens just as the vet told you and don't overdue, Sophie might drool a bit but that will be all. Fleas are such a danger to young kittens and these two have been through it, they don't deserve to die from fleaborn illnesses.

I would also mix up some kitten glop and supplement them. If Sophie doesn't have enough milk, you will be doing the kittens and her a big favor. Try it in a jar lid first- but if not use the bottle-
