Does This Mean She Likes Him, Or...?

My indoor only cats will sometimes greet one of the strays in the window. Lately, she's started rubbing the window kind of aggressively (video attached). Is that... good...? It doesn't seem negative, but it's not a behavior I usually see in her and it's very forceful, so I'm not quite sure what she's trying to say here, haha.

Also, she's spayed and he's (I think) in tact, if that makes a difference.

Cats rub their faces as way to mark territory. Although this encounter is not aggressive from either party, it could be that she is just re-establishing her scent in the area because the he is there.

That was my first thought, as well. Although it might...might...be a case of "I can't mark him, so I'll mark the nearest thing to him." Regardless, there was NO aggression in this at all.

I would be worried the stray might start spraying into or around your window there. Have you thought about taking the stray to the vet to have him tested and neutered?
