I hope you're doing OK and are on the mend.

I called her again and spoke to her for a few minutes until her mother got there. She's supposed to go home tonight. If she doesn't post tonight I will call her again.

She said she had to hang up last night when I called because she was crying. She says she cries whenever they take blood but said this nurse got blood on the first try. She will fill you in on medical stuff.

I'm glad I called back on impulse to make sure she's ok. And she told the doctor and other staff the issues that impeed her recovery.....so hopefully they can get her an apartment and food stamps. Which I told her is the goal. Get her out of that toxic environment and move on with her life .

M maggiedemi get better and take your meds!!

So for now her mother is forbidden to be in the room when medical stuff is talked about.

However harsh for her mother, this was needed for her health.

You are so strong! Continue with the inner strength we know you have. It is so hard to do, but We all know you can do it.

Do what the doctors order/suggest. Take your medicine, eat healthy stuff, nothing past it's expiration date.

Please listen to your caseworker; they are there to help you; not harm you.

Please, allow nothing to deviate you from your goal of getting healthy; Physically, Spiritually, and Emotionally..

We are all here for you

We love You We know this is the hardest things you will ever have to do, in your lifetime. We are here for you...

If you need any help.. just ask for it. I think you know who you can call on for help.. there is always someone around..

If the situation looks dire, call your caseworker! If you feel sick, contact them.. Please.. we love you..

I didn't know that you can call right to somebody's room. I didn't mind at all. I just wanted you to call back after those vultures stopped poking me. There is this older guy with a beard and I started crying as soon as I saw him. He has never once gotten a drop of blood out of me, but yet they let him try 3 times and then he goes and gets somebody else. I begged them to just let me have the other person first, but still they let him try his 3 times. The next lady got my blood on the first try. Anyway, thanks for calling and caring.

I will try to post a little more, but want to go to bed soon, so maybe in the morning. Love you all.

I hate having blood tests too. I faint every single time. I warn the nurses that they'll have to let me lie down first or try to catch me before I face plant.

That sounds really frustrating. I know by now that they can get blood out of my right arm better than my left (that looks like it has a good vein but never works), so I just ask for that now. But in this case, it sounds like your nurse isn't very good at his craft.

A very wise person once told me when someone is drawing blood from you to say, "you get one chance so make it your best shot!"

Time for food, rest and purrs. We will all still be here when you get up. We've been waiting for you and will continue. Maybe some soft music to relax?
