My cat had a litter of 6. The last one is super small. She looks like shes 2wks. She eats tons of spunk and so loveable. Still super skinny with big belly. She looks like an Alien. What can this be? Im scared something is serious wrong. However again she doesnt seem sick and she would never know she even looks different.. Please I need some help...

She could also have been from a different father than the other kittens in the litter, and born too early before she was ready.

She eats tons of spunk? What does that mean? She is probably the runt, smaller, malnourished, and in need of a deworming. Have they seen a vet yet?
I am sure that a comma was omitted - the kitten "eats, [has] tons of spunk". I am withholding judgment until Sarthur2 Sarthur2 gets answers to their post.
My Tillie is only 2.4 lbs and she was born on May 1st. She has regular vet checks, has been wormed, eats well. She is a little spitfire and except for a bad reaction to her first round of vaccines (vet thinks it was due to the carrier in the vaccine, possibly aluminum), has done well. Tillie did have a phase of being very thin with a big belly (reminded me of depictions of Pharoah Ankh-Aton) and was wormed twice but it made no difference. She's since become more sleek and her leaping ability is phenomenal.
T The kitten woman ~ Welcome to TCS!! Runts are common in large litters and are often the ones most likely to encounter Fading Kitten Syndrome. Once you are able to reply to Sarthur2 Sarthur2 's questions, we will be able to weigh in! :welcomesign::hithere:
P.S. We LOVE pics here at TCS :camera: and including the rest of the litter gives us a comparison to consider.
