I second that!I'm looking forward to fall, crisp mornings and low humidity days.
Sounds like you'll have another nice day with a friend!I second that!
I'm looking forward to meeting a special friend today that I worked with over 10 years ago. One of the best things about teaching is meeting so many wonderful and caring teachers.
They're awesome when they are that drippy lolate a peach over the sink.
Do you have a patio or balcony where you could grow tomatoes in a pot? There's nothing like the taste of homegrown tomatoes.I wish I had a greenhouse so I could have them all year long.
You remind me of me when I was young. All I did in the summer was eat tomato sandwiches and read mystery books. LOL.I had a few tomato sandwiches yesterday and plan on having more today. I wish I had a greenhouse so I could have them all year long. I have good hard copy books to read outside and I'm reading a good EBook on my tablet. Trying to get some laundry dried before it gets too hot. I think I'll have a tomato sammie on toast with mayo for brekkie.
Are you sure you don't want a permanent new friend for Felix? They look so cute together. Here she is - settling in nicely. And she gets along with Felix so she's sure to get adopted quickly.
I wish but I don't know if I could handle another dog and although I'm fostering, the rescue makes you go through the whole adoption process as if you are a stranger. I feel like they'd deny me.Are you sure you don't want a permanent new friend for Felix? They look so cute together.
The temps finally cooled off today so I turned off the a/c and opened the windows. I love being able to open the windows and get fresh air. Carleton likes it much better too!
You were both lucky to have found each other. Even though Vince Girl has gone to the bridge her presence on the deck is a comfort and reassuring feeling.Been having a rough few days but I realize how lucky I am to have had my Vincie girl for 19 years. She was such a joy! I feel close to her when I am on the deck reading.
Sorry about that migraine. Nice that your cousin moved back. Enjoy your time with him today.I'm nursing a migraine from the change in weather right now but have plans to meet my cousin in the afternoon. He moved back from WA last year so it's nice to have him closer to home.
