5F1A1E94-3577-4C25-B6D7-9FF0B3A0BB10.jpeg I am a first time cat owner! I got my little Oliver from a someone in my neighborhood. She told me that a stray cat appeared at her door and she took her in. She wasn’t aware that she was pregnant! The mom then had 3 sets of “twins”, fraternal you can say lol. Anyways, she wanted to find a home for them and I have always wanted a cat. I took one in and am completely aware of the lifetime responsibility. I want to know what my little Ollie is. He’s grey with white paws. I’ll post a pic of him and his siblings, one of which was a male tortie. Also, any tips/advice for a cat dad like myself?

He's cute! I would describe him as a blue and white domestic shorthair. Most cats are not any particular breed.

I do not see any tortoiseshell kittens in the box. Looks like a brown tabby, a brown tabby and white, a blue tabby and white, a blue and white, and two black and white kittens.

re advices?
If you have a possibility to adopt two of them it will be probably an advantage. If any of them is still available.

And yes, as Lutece says, some tabbies looks almost as torties... Ie the warm brown color on them may look almost as red...

Welcome to the Cat Site!

He's cute as a button. I think he may be a long hair.

There are lots of articles on this site for new cat owners describing how to take care of them and what to do for them. Just look under the heading "Articles."
