My cat Mommas lost her mucus plug Tuesday around 10am and lost a little bit more yesterday and she still not had her kittens yet. Me and my husband keep checking on her and checking her stomach and now. And we can't afford the vet bill to get a ultrasound done.
What can I do when I can't afford the vet bill for the ultrasound?

The mucus plug can be lost days before labor and delivery, so be patient and wait for Mother Nature to work. Your cat will have her babies sometime in the next few days! :)

It was in June but I don't know what day it was.
She got outside and she came back the next month pregnant.

She had the first one that was stillborn @ 11:00 then the second one @11:30 they both was full term kittens, now with her going around meowing for the first one that was as stillborn its hard to tell her that its not alive. I know that I might seam like I'm taking this a little to serious taking to her and letting her know. Someone please give me advice on what to do

Yes they seek and mourn.

To show the dead body is wise, so she isnt seeking even if she mourns.

You can perhaps find a couple of foster littermates, if you wish?

Poor thing! I think it's totally normal that you talk to her trying to explain, we all do that with our cats. I'm sure she can feel your compassion.
I was wondering if you have plans to spay her after she weans the little one, so that she doesn't go through this again? Do you know any low cost vet options where you live to help you with that if needed?

Not really I asked the vet up the street from me and they told me that it will cost me $110 to get her fixed. But I don't get this is not her first litter of kittens and I don't know which vet would do it for a low cost. I mean I tried to apply for the pet care credit but I was denied

They are doing fine now I help the kitten fine the nipple every now and then and its hard when I live in Texas to find a place that will do it for a low price. And plus I get paid only once a month and my husband only gets paid everyday in cash from his job so it hard.

Try this P.E.T.S. place, they seem like a good place to start! This is their number: 940-723-7387
