Thank God It's Friday!

New addition to the family. Friday, a former semi-feral porch kitten.

This morning I noticed he was getting an eye infection, so I figured it was time. As he came out for his food, I scooped him up and took him to the vet. He needs eye drops and anti-biotics but said he was otherwise in good shape. They cleaned him up and I picked him up after work. For the time being, he's spending time in the cage, but seems happier than he did outside. Bonnie and Clyde aren't sure what to make of him. More pictures later. The one above is a photo from the porch cam. He'd always put himself center screen waiting for breakfast. lol

I's always good to have a triangle of cats. It's mystical, or mathical.

Welcome home, little Friday

awww. he looks all puffed up and proud. lol

Thanks all. He's doing well and all. Kee[ing him in a wire crate (scheduled for an upgrade this evening) in a common area. Bonnie and Clyde check him out apprehensively, Bonnie doing most of the hissing. She did the same with Clyde after he went to the vet last winter, guessing it's a smell she doesn't like and she'll adjust.

I'll get some pictures of him this weekend. Not 100% sure but he looks like he's going to be a longhair like Clyde. Regardless, we're glad to have him! Welcome home, Friday!

I'm not seeing an over exposed photo. He's simply glowing with angelic cat cuteness.

Still a little dirty but getting around great! His eyes do look a lot better than when I took him in. Also, he's an eating machine. Doing a little supervised exploring here before bed.

He looks great! So glad he's been taken care of.

Aw, so sweet!

He's a dirty bird (just got done eating) but he's a ball of energy. Here he is playing with a toy that all from Bugs to Bonnie have ignored.

Just out of sight to the right, the motorized spinning/alternating direction/whatever it is with the toy and feather attached. He LOVES it.

Just goes to show every toy you buy has a cat coming to play with it, in time.

Nice! I worked for a couple regional lines here. When they shut down our last customer on the last one, our jobs were done. I still miss it now and then.

He's doing great! Bonnie and Clyde are still adjusting. Some hissing, but nothing more. Clyde has taken to staying in the bedroom. He has food and water there and his favorite window and fan, so he's good. Friday follows Bonnie around, much to her confusion.

By far his favorite thing is the toy shown above. No other cat I've had here has shown any interest in it. lol

He's a hoot.

think of all the swear words Friday is learning? It's always endearing when a tiny kitten comes out with the hissy growling swearing. It's such a statement of I am cat! Hear me roar! But you gotta learn the words to play the game.

Aww, look at the little guy!!! With all that dirt on him, he reminds me of Pigpen in the 'Peanuts' comic strip, LOL.
