Naturally I'm going to run out of rabbit when no one has any stock. Oddly enough, as I was scouring the internet looking for something to tide me over, I found Oliver Heritage Farms in Bradenton, Florida, which is only about two hours away from me. Here's the link:

Tampa Organic Produce and Poultry Farm - Olivor Heritage Farms

They sell ground rabbit for 5.99 a pound. I ordered five pounds as a test and shipping was $14.00.

I asked about the food prior to ordering and this is the response I got:

All of our pet foods are 100% raw ground meat, bones and organ meats. Heads and feet are removed, as are the skins. The rabbits are locally sourced if they don't come from our own farm. We don’t add anything to them. We have a ground rabbit pet food that contains bones and organs. We also sell whole rabbits. My next batch of rabbits will be available starting this Friday.

What do you guys think?

I wonder what their bone content is then since they remove the heads. The removed skin would change the usual analysis too. Seems a little different from Hare Today's grinds.

I'm guessing these guys are too far from you for shipping?

Hare Today processed a small amount on Thursday, which sold out in about twenty minutes. I took half of their 1 lb whole (no fur) grinds in the first five minutes. I'm not sure when the breeders in the area are able to supply more because our weather has been so wonky.
They get rabbit (if at all) in on Wednesday, process on Thursday, and usually post supply around 4:30pm ET or later.

The fact that they remove the heads means that you have to use more lite salt, as the thyroid gland is in the head.

Wow, that's a very astute observation about bone content, kittyluv387. I'm going to email them and ask if they know the break downs of bone, protein and organ.

Thank you for that information! I actually thought Hare Today raised their own rabbits, but I guess that's not the case? And I REALLY appreciate your giving me a, er, "head's up" about the additional salt needed since the heads are not included in the Oliver Farm grinds. Someone once told me that the rabbit's brain is the main source of taurine in rabbits. Wonder if that's true.

They raise some. They also said they are in Amish Country where they are located and use a network of breeders.

I'm waiting for rabbit now! They are supposed to get some delivered on 7/31. Will have to use what I have left sparingly. But no allergies here at least.

Have you tried rawfeedingmiami.com? Looks like they have rabbit.
I've tried them all, Raw Feeding Miami included, and she refuses all of them. Thirteen won't even eat Hare Today rabbit now, not after their shortage. The only thing she'll eat at the moment is Fussie Cat Super Premium Chicken. I'd much rather have her on raw, but she's not been scratching and her ears are gunk free so my vet thinks she outgrew her poultry allergy. That's one thing to be grateful for.

For anyone in a bind Raw Feeding Miami is a great source. Thank you, mschauer, for suggesting it.

they can out grow their poultry allergy? Yes, that's what you said. You
have just improved my day. I wait with hope.

LOL! I join with you in hope that your cat does indeed outgrow her allergy. Fingers, paws, etc., crossed!
