We received a package from Amazon with some of that heavy brown packing paper. I lay it out on the floor and let our cats have fun with it. Over the last few minutes I think all 4 cats have spent some time laying on it, rolling on it or pushing it around.

Sounds like thunder but it's the cats running around upstairs and of course both ears have fans blowing at them. Looking forward to fall.

The hum of the refrigerator and the sound of school construction work at the end of my block. Yes, they work Saturdays too, starting at 7:00 am

I have my window open, so I hear birds chirping and kids across the street playing outside. I also hear cars driving by, a TV in the other room, and my computer fan.
