My husband is cradling the sleeping butterball kitten, Lucca and Jemima is in her fleece bed on the sofa. We gave them a rare treat; salmon which we virtually never do. They’re satisfied and sleepy...

Big Poppy-cat is hanging out in an open window, watching the street out front, the neighbors, and any passersby...

I love that name Carlton

It is 8.36 am here. Sombra is lying on her cushion on my desk as she does every morning after having had her breakfast while I drink my coffee, read the newspaper and my computer messages.

I'm not home but if I were to guess, Lilith is sleeping on my bed in the same spot she was in all night with me. Sophie is probably in the living room in one of her many napping spots. She gets up when I do in the morning because she wants her breakfast right away.

It's 6 AM here, I'm getting dressed to head to the remodel in a couple of hors, after cleanimg litter boxes, feeding the birds, feeding the outside cats, feeding my husband, and light housework. My cats are all sleeping right now, one by me on a blanket on the kitchen table, one on teh couch and one in a recliner. They know my routine in the mornings, get fed and leave me alone for a while.......(my husband too!)

She's cuddling on the couch with my partner while I'm at work. I'm a bit jealous!

Iris is lying next to me on the sofa, kneading my leg, while the other two hover anxiously. It’s almost time for breakfast!

Can you trust Poppy-cat in an open window? Something impossible for me to do on a 6th floor

Blue is crouched on the floor, all fluffed up, tail whipping back and forwards getting ready for the next spurt of zoomies..think I am going to hide behind the couch..

Scribbles is sleeping on one of the "hot spots" of the gas radiant heat in the floor under the carpet.

We have screened windows and no, I definitely wouldn't be able to trust him

Noka was hiding behind my monitor and was trying to reach out under the monitor to grab my hand as I was using my mouse.

They were both eating breakfast when I left an hour ago. I'm guessing nap time was quick to follow.

She is watching my every move because she is suspicious she is going to the vet today, which she is.
