i'll heat up a serving of scalloped potatoes with jalapeno sausage (in it). a slice of Russian Pound Cake for dessert -- later in the evening! 
I keep seeing everybody talk about sammies. What is a sammie? I looked it up on Google and it said he was a singer.

"Samnmie" is slang for sandwich. Urban Dictionary: sammie Rachael Ray used to use "sammie" all the time on her 30 Minute Meals tv show all the time so the word has been around since at least then.
Okay. I guess that makes sense. I will stay with sandwich. I don't watch Rachael that much. My cat does not like her cat food but my sister's dogs like her dog food.
For dinner I am having Totino's Cheese Pizza Rolls. They are not good for my ulcer but they are tasty.

While at Trader Joe's today I sampled their vegetable fried rice so guess what we had for dinner tonight?

I made teriyaki chicken for DH with his serving of fried rice and I warmed up a garbanzo cake with mine. Dark chocolate almonds and honey crisp apple for dessert.

I wish we had a TJ's too. The closest one is 60 miles one way.

Hannah made @Winchester 's recipe for Mac&Cheese with tomatoes yesterday.
It is amazing! It ate around 11:am yesterday and I wasn't hungry till about 8:00pm. I had 2 bowls yesterday and a bowl for breakfast today.
I'll have chicken breast and pepper jack cheese sammies later on and salad.
I don't know how to turn this pic around as Hannah snapped it with an IPhone.
This is how it looked fresh out of the oven Believe it or not it was even better today for breakfast. Thanks again, Pam.

Me, too! The nearest one to me is almost 100 miles! That's just iniquitious!
Tonight I'm getting fairly ambitious (for me). I'm making homemade chicken nuggets with homemade honey-mustard sauce, and green beans sauteed in bacon drippings with minced garlic. Faux banana nut bread for dessert.

Last night we had fruited pork cutlets,homemade buttered noodles and peas.Tonight was the leftovers and I made a big salad...I call it the kitchen sink salad...everything's in it!One of my favorites for sure.

I had Taco Bell. A spicy potato soft taco with tomatoes added. It wasn't under the vegetarian section, but it looked vegetarian to me. I emailed them to ask, but they never answered.
