 But as soon as a tin is opened or a wrapper is crumpled, we are bestfriends!
Arnold can be downstairs and at the back of the house, probably asleep, but quietly open a can of tuna with a manual can opener and he is at your side. And then greg will wander in to the kitchen to see what might be on the menu. But if they decide to hide......... good luck finding them regaedless of how much you call.

I love it when you call, plead and demand, and they just lay there like they can't hear you at all. But try to sit down with a cookie or a snack and they are all over you like they havn't just been fed an hour ago!

Today I sat outside with a bag of cornchips and a 7Up and Treasure was all over me wanting some. Of course she didn't get any. Then she accidentally knocked my soda over (thankfully I didn't open it yet) and she took off across the yard like I was going to punish her

Oh my, Queen Bee is the same way. I'll call everyone, they all come running, except her. She's over 11 years old and I still don't know where she hides, but if I open the fridge door and rattle around in their food drawer, she materializes out of thin air. My wife thinks she's smart and a good hider. I think she's a wizard

I got Baby Girl back from the vets once and she was so mad at me she plainly walked into the room, turned her back on me and sat down and just sat there. Eventually she found her way back onto my lap, but kept her back turned.
"Fine, I'll sit in your lap (even though you didn't ask me to) but I refuse to enjoy it"
