The tape worm segments cannot reinfect your cat, because they require an intermediate host (almost always fleas!) to mature inside first.

What is that cat scratcher made of? Is it wood inside or cardboard? I regularly drag my wood and carpet cat trees into the shower and hose them down with hot water to get the mud off, then use dish-washing liquid on a sponge to clean them. Rinse all the soap off and leave them out in the sun to dry.

If you see fleas on your cat or in the house you'll need to deal with those too, but if you just want to clean off her cat scratcher hot water and dish soap will do the trick.

OK, as long as they're not made of cardboard you can wash them with hot water and dish soap.

I think the best way to keep things clean is to thoroughly vacuum ever day. That will pick up any eggs, fleas, cat hair etc. I have over 20 cats who have an outdoor enclosure. Daily vacuuming keeps the house pretty clean, as long as you vacuum all the cat trees and wash their bedding regularly too.

Obviously if someone throws up or pees you might need to wash a cat tree, but other wise just vacuum every day.

So I shouldn't dose her again
These kinds of meds should only be used every 28 to 30 days at the most. It's pretty strong, it can hurt the cats if used too often.

It's not a good idea to give the doses too closely together. What's the name of the medicine you're giving her?
I took a pic and please excuse the bed spooky had a energy boost and had to destroy my bed
