What's Your Favorite Thing You Do With Your Cat?

I can be a bit lazy in the evenings, so I like it when my kitties just want to snuggle!

Baby Girl is the cuddliest lap cat I think I've ever (oof, she just landed there as I typed that!) and when I can't hold her, she'll sit next to me touching me with her chest, and she'll lean onto my leg and then lay right next to me. Eventually one paw creeps onto my leg, than the other, then she goes for the kill and just helps herself. It's not uncommon for her to do this 10 or 15 times with me shooing her off until I give in and say "fine". So now she knows that if I say "No", I don't really mean it, I mean "do that thing 15 times and then I'll say yes" and yes I've created a spoiled little monster

My favorite thing is teaching them words. They are so smart.

I like to tell my cats all the time that they’re “nice kitties.” For some reason they just love to hear that they are nice kitties and I love to remind them every chance I get!

Words my cats understand most are:

Their names
"Treat?"
"Jump"
"No"
"Good boy/girl"
"Come on", or "come here"
"Come up"
"Let's go to bed"
"Let's eat" and/or "Here we go"

It's probably more the tone/pitch of what I'm saying than the actual words though.

I love petting Theo when he comes to sit on my lap. Same thing with Windy, but she comes onto the couch. It's a rare thing when Windy sits on my lap.

I'm convinced that they understand the exact words, because I use the same excited voice whenever I talk to them.
