It's hard to see exactly with the contrast between the white and black fur, but my guess is male.

the urethra is right where the white fur is, dont know if that helps!

Bless you! This is the only place I know of where people regularly look at pictures of feline "private parts" and attempt to figure out whether they're boys or girls. For fun!!!
