I doubt iif you hurt him. 1/4 teaspoon once per day for two is probably not too much, but really might depend on how big he is. And having had only one bowel movement since Saturday doesn't mean his colon is empty either, as long as he's continued to eat. It's possible he's still got a whole lot in him that's trying to work it's way out and that's what all the tummy grumbling is about. Did he go a LOT when he went, since you said it had been four days since he went? Does he appear to be really uncomfortable? If you are worried or he seems uncomfortable, you can always give your Vet a call and see what they think.
