Need Help With Kitten Gender...

Hey.

I picked up a beautiful little kitten yesterday. In love already but not sure on the gender. Obviously it’s not overly important because he/she is my best friend already, but wouldn’t mind knowing.

Owner said “he” was a boy but kept calling him a her too. So naturally made me question it. Had a look at the kittens behind (some pics below) and done some research online but just after some extra help. We’re convinced he’s a boy - called him Max BTW

Any help would be great?!

Considering the kitten is orange, odds lean towards boy. It does look like a boy to me ...... but I have a girl called Rocket because we thought she was a he for two months.

I am fairly 'crummy' about identifying gender, and the younger they are the worse I am!! Would this article help any?

I'm not sure it's orange, I would have guessed brown tabby and white from those two pictures, but it's hard to tell from just looking at the butt

The first picture I want to say girl and the second picture I want to say boy . Can you get someone else to hold onto the kitty while you take the picture?

The two orifices seem close together and one looks like a slit. But the photos are not very clear. I would say a girl but I am not an expert.
