Hi Selena !

You can start to begin cleaning their teeth yourself.

First off: if it's early-stage, 'simple' gingivitis and there's no serious decay/disease going on (which would mean you'd be causing pain for them), then it's safe for you to begin to get them used to regular tooth brushing.

This is much easier if it's started when they're kittens and will take a lot of time and patience with many older cats......but, if you break it down into slow learning steps for them, you'll be able to do it.

Cats are always wary when suddenly we get up-close-and-personal with them doing hands-on stuff.........so, the trick to this will be to slowly, over time, take baby steps toward full-on brushing.

Cornell University Vet school has a set of 4 short videos that break down the whole thing into those baby steps......have a look and see how that might work for you.

This will take time.....like weeks! If you're willing and prepared for that, then here you are: Brushing Your Cat's Teeth | Partners in Animal Health

Post updates as you go.

No, just a pet toothbrush and pet toothpaste like this:

It looks like Amazon's India site has pet dental kits. This one is good:

https://www.amazon.in/C-E-T-Toothbrush-for-Cats-CET/dp/B000FUOD5I

I wouldn't use a scaler. It's far too easy to injure the gums on a cat who may not hold still.

Like i told u I didn’t find and i can not brush her teeth because it bleeds sometimes I don’t know what to do right now im only using that gel

Is there a veterinarian who's willing to make payment arrangements? Sometimes they will do that, esp. for established patients.

My cat had dental work done a couple of days ago and they never told me to brush his teeth. My little Pumpkin would probably give me a hard time if I did this.

Some pet stores carry cat toothpaste, and it seems to me there are little "sleeves" you can put on your fingers to rub the toothpaste on them.

OP lives in India where veterinary care and pet supplies may not be the same as in the US and other countries.

Some dental care is better than none, IMO. If all you have is the dental gel, use that. Be gentle applying the gel to minimize bleeding.

I would save some money on Royal Canin and go with a cheaper wet food (fancy feast pate) and teeth cleaning products aside from trying to get them to let you brush as long as you do it DAILY and put that money aside for a cleaning.

Hi there!

So sorry to hear this S Selena .

I've just begun to brush my cats teeth and I found I have much trouble with a toothbrush. What I've been doing to get him used to it (and it's been working too) is soft gauze.

I wrap it around my finger and very gently brush his teeth. Takes 30 secs and it does a very good job. Inexpensive as well. You could try that maybe?

Be very, very careful with a tooth scaler - if you are not trained right you can do more harm than good. I would discourage it honestly, but that's just me.
